Post-workout nausea?

Hello world! I just did the workout and feel like vomiting. I didn't think it was particularly hard, but here I am salivating at the mouth, and not because there's an unprocessed ice cream sundae in front of me (hot city afternoon makes me want the cold sweet stuff).

Am I dizzy from the sidekicks?

I'm going to eat a grapefruit and see what happens!

  1. Did you drink enough water during the training?
    Were you well nourished?

    I haven't felt dizzy doing the kicks but I notice that I need to hydrate constantly.

  2. The kicks and punches always leave me feeling on the edge of comfort - I think that maybe I'm doing them too fast, which leaves me winded and feeling the lactic acid.

    Then again, because they are hard, I don't want to drag them out ...

  3. Probably inner ears got a bit wonky during the tilt of the head in side kicks. Keep your head up and it'll clear up.
